EUKOMOS RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
OVERVIEW
At Eukomos, we take product safety, hygiene, and quality control very seriously. Because our products are formulated cosmetics and topical hair oils, we must adhere to strict health and safety guidelines regarding product contamination. Please review our return and refund policies below before making a purchase.
STANDARD RETURNS
We accept returns on a strict case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 10 days of the delivery date.
Condition: The product must be strictly unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Safety Seals: If the product shows any sign of use, it is legally unsafe for us to restock. Under these circumstances, the item is strictly non-refundable and will not be accepted for a return.
PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS
From time to time, Eukomos offers presales with an estimated fulfillment window (e.g., 3 weeks).
If you change your mind during this pre-order window, you may cancel your order for a full refund, provided your request is received before the order has entered the final processing and shipping phase.
Once a pre-order has been processed for dispatch and handed over to our shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled and becomes subject to our Standard Returns policy above.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We do our best to ensure your Eukomos products arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item.
Upon review, Eukomos will, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a direct error on our part (e.g., receiving an incorrect or defective item).
Original Shipping: Original shipping charges, handling fees, and international customs duties are non-refundable.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To request a return or pre-order cancellation, please email our support team directly at eukomos.team@gmail.com.
Please include your full name, order number, and the reason for the return.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
