3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COMMON LAW RIGHTS

- Common Law Trademark: The Eukomos™ name, brand identifiers, and associated logos are protected under common law trademark rights established through active domestic commerce within the United States.

- Proprietary Protection: All proprietary cosmetic formulations, trade names, text, images, and graphics are the exclusive property of Eukomos LLC.

- Prohibited Use: You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, attempt to reverse-formulate, or create derivative works of any Eukomos LLC material, branding, or product formulations without our prior written consent.

4. ORDERS, PRESALES, AND RETURNS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Eukomos LLC reserves the right to accept or decline your order at its discretion.

- Return Policy: Due to health, hygiene, and the risk of product contamination, Eukomos LLC only accepts returns of strictly unopened and unused products within 10 days of delivery. If the product shows any sign of use or tampering, it is legally unsafe for us to restock and is strictly non-refundable.

- Pre-Orders: Presales are subject to estimated fulfillment windows driven by production schedules. Payment is captured in full at the time of purchase to secure your place in the production queue. Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to entering the final shipping phase by contacting support@eukomos.com.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Eukomos LLC currently ships exclusively within the United States. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

- Carrier Liability: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

- Risk of Loss: Once we transfer products to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you, the buyer.

6. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Eukomos LLC is powered by Shopify. Any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Eukomos LLC. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Eukomos LLC, including any injury or damage resulting from purchased products. 8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

- Governing Law: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. You and Eukomos LLC consent to the exclusive venue of the state and federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York.
