EUKOMOS SHIPPING POLICY
1. ORDER PROCESSING
Standard Orders: All standard (in-stock) orders are processed and packed within [1-3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Pre-Orders: Pre-order items are subject to an estimated fulfillment window (e.g., [3 weeks]). If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order formulation is ready for dispatch.
2. SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Domestic: We ship within the United States using [e.g., USPS, UPS, USPS Ground Advantage].
International: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that Evan Amadio (d/b/a Eukomos) is not responsible for any customs, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole legal responsibility of the customer.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
5. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Transfer of Liability: Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss legally pass to the buyer. Eukomos is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier's possession.
"Delivered" Status: If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim and investigate.
Damaged in Transit: As our products are formulated cosmetic liquids, we package them with strict safety measures. However, if your product arrives damaged or leaking due to severe carrier mishandling, please contact us at eukomos.team@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the shipping box and the damaged product so we can assess the situation.
6. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are solely responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, invalid, or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs to reship the item.
